Hi, I’m Zara, a Support Engineer at Yoast. It’s great to be part of this talented team and contribute to the work we do.

Before joining Yoast, I spent 4 years working in the BPO sector, where I had the opportunity to work across a variety of accounts, including Retail, Genealogy, and Healthcare.

My journey took a turn when I transitioned into technical support at a web hosting company — and that’s when I truly found my passion for the tech world. While I never imagined I’d end up in this field, the more I learned about hosting and technical systems, the more fascinated I became.

I originally thought I would become a teacher, but life had other plans, and now I’m eager to continue growing in the tech world, learning new things, and contributing to the amazing work we do here at Yoast. It’s been a rewarding journey so far, and I’m excited to see where it takes me next!

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my partner, daughter, and our dog. We love heading out to the mountains for a coffee and some fresh air or relaxing at the beach. In short, my free time is all about unwinding and enjoying the simple things in life.
