Raymond van Bergen
I studied Communication Science at the University of Nijmegen and combined that with working for the customer service organization of a large Dutch Bank. That set me on the path of a career in Customer Service Management
After finishing my studies I worked at national and international organizations in several positions, and all had managing the customer experience at the center of the task.
Besides my work I love spending time with my wife and two children. I Like reading and watching Sci-fi and Comic book related media.
