My interest in building and creating things that I can share with others led me to create my first website back in high school. Back then, I used FrontPage, Geocities (and lots of blink tags) to create a website for my school as a project for our IT class. After High School, I went on to study Electrical Engineering, but I never stopped working on personal online projects and learning everything I could about the web, SEO and WordPress. This, of course, led me to use the Yoast SEO plugin on all my WordPress sites.

After working as an Electrical Engineer in the field for a few years, I decided to start working on my own. I then found out there was an opportunity to work with Yoast and I didn’t think twice before applying. Working here has been an incredible learning experience, and I love that I’m always in a problem-solving mindset which we need every day to help our customers.

I currently live in Venezuela with my wife and daughter. In my spare time, I try to always learn new things and keep up-to-date with everything tech-related. I also enjoy reading (mostly history and non-fiction) and getting outdoors as much as possible.
