Hi everyone! My name is Julius and I work as a Junior Engineer for the Shopify team.

I started out with a bachelor in computer science, but after finishing that and working for a few months, I switched to something completely different: Medicine. The goal for the future is to combine both computer science and medicine in research when I’m a doctor.

Here at Yoast as a Junior Engineer, I help to refine the Shopify SEO plugin.

In my free time you can find me in the gym practicing my squat, bench and deadlift as I am a fanatic powerlifter. Furthermore, I love cooking, swimming and I also give a first-aid course for first-year medicine students.
